    I am going to have a set of outside mirror swivel knuckles made. These will be of aluminum. My machinist suggests that he can make more for the same price that I am going to pay - $100 for the set.

    These are the Pot metal swivels that inevitably break.

    If anyone is interested, please let me know. Dave Esparza had a set made and they work quite well. I am using his template.

    Are these the California type mirror or the later elec style?

    Jeff - for the later (1983-4) electric syle. They may be the same for the earlier models, but I simply do not know.
