Thanks ! That picture of the car shows it freshly cleaned. It doesn't always look so cute
My engine bay is nothing special; I just pay attention, that the car is well maintained and therefore reliable, but have no 'showroom ambitions'.

Nevertheless here are two pics. The one shortly after my recent carburettor rebuild.

My '84 308 GTB QV.

 

Sorry didn't see your post until just now. I believe it was Mequire's Gold Wax and I used an orbital buffer.

 

Here is my 1980 308GTB, with carbs and dry sump. Bought it a few months ago in Italy from first owner and 8220 km's. After I took this picture in Maranello I drove her straight home to Amsterdam (about 1600km's). No problem!

 

Absolutely stunning. I'm partial to red 308s but that is simply beautiful!
