    Ok.....This is a shamless plug for my cousin Dave Chippi. He has developed a DVD cooking series called "Bachelor Cooking" which has some great easy recipes for those of us who are kitchen challenged.

    The DVD makes a greate gift. Doubt it will ever make the Food Network though as the video contains some good off-color discussions.
