I am in the process of buying a Gwagen Convertible from a broker in Germany who is getting it new at a dealership for me. Can you tell me what ownership documents come with a new car in Germany? Here it is basically the title and that is it. Not sure if that is the case in Germany.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

The key document for prove of ownership is the "Kraftfahrzeug-Brief". It also shows the history of owners from the time of purchase (which in this case is not relevant for you).

    What is a GWagen ??

Thanks. A Gwagen is a Mercedes offroad truck and the convertible form is not sold in the US.
