Could not agree more. The Mondial is a good balance. Realistically the only Ferrari I could afford with +2 seats to boot. It sounds absolutely brilliant. Tell you something else here in the UK certainly up in the North there are not too many Ferrari's about and I have only seen one Mondial (drophead) in the last two years. It certainly turns heads, there is no doubting (even with the badges) that it is a true Ferrari. I have only had it six weeks and still have to pop my head in the garage at least once a day to believe I own it.
hank's car looks even better in person, and even better than that when it is going down the street. I turned my radio off, rolled down the windows, looked and listened to his car while trying not to hit the other cars around me.
just a note on the neighbourhood. The top pic (one with thatched cottage) that was where the previous owner lived down in Suffolk. His cottage was down a drive from where the photographer was standing. Where I live (the other pictures) is not quite upto the same standard. Oh and Manchester could be called rainy city. We collect the rain clouds from the Atlantic as they cannot get over the Pennines (a group of modest hills sort of stretching North to South of North England). Suffolk on the other hand has relatively good weather.
I know the operating costs are more, but if you want sound, there is nothing better than a 365 GT4 or a 400 GT, last of the carbed GT monsters. They scream!
Hi Jonathan, Thanks for the kind words. I told "Rachel" (the car) of your thoughts and I know she was quite pleased. A quick word about one of the features that are found only on the t; the three position shock damping system BLEW ME AWAY when I was able to completely eliminate the section bumps on a particularly rough portion of the 405. It was worth the price of admission!!! See you at CC. - Cheers, Hank

kevan, why are you selling it? too bad it isn't around here, I would be interested, it is what I'm looking for. Hank, I have to wait a few months to get some money, I will start working this month with any luck. I am just following prices and hopefully they will go down when it gets cold here, so I can buy a T instead of a 3.2.
hank sound I can't go to track day this coming sat20/11 because my mondial t's gear sencer have to replace and it's so expensive also no stock.
Wow! Sorry to hear about that. I hope they get that sorted out soon. I suppose the part will have to come from Hong Kong or the UK. When did you know you had a problem? What did it feel like? Best, Hank

Erik Beautiful car - really like the interior. A great idea to add more interiors to the thread. #75039:
Hi Gang, I'm in the hunt for a missing manual supplement that came with "Rachel", my 92 Valeo Cab. The factory print # is 777/93, has a yellow cover and is entitled "Mondial t Valeo Manual" Any help in locating one would really be appreciated. Cheers, Hank
