You're cute when you're angry. That little vein pops up on your forehead and really accentuates the purple.

    :D :D :D

Didn't we used to have a flame and shame section?
We need it back for all this stuff.

Also I have been hear quite a while and I don't like all the different model sections. I like Ferrarichat like it used to be before all these categorize.
Just my opinion, maybe someone should start that poll. I don't know how :(
    Poll challenged.

Alright, I'm not exactly thrilled to see so many threads moved around here-and-there.....I'm a big boy, and I pretty much know (or have an excellent clue) where to post a question, a comment, or a discussion to get the response or exposure I'm looking for....the topics here are pretty self-explanatory. There are a few grey areas regarding where topics are to be located, but I feel that the person starting the topic probably has the best judgment on where it should go - nobody wants to start a thread and have the entire list ignore/not see it....that's a waste of time from the author's perspective.

Most of my questions are technical (in an effort to make up for my overwhelming lack of mechanical knowledge), but I do enjoy a good rant every now and then for the expression/entertainment value. Lets not all go getting our collective panties in a wadd - moderators help out and have their place in the world.

If I were to complain about anything, its that people don't fill out their profiles - even Napolis is guilty of this, although nobody is complaining to him about it. I, myself, like to know more about the people here, and it seems that many folks here like to 'shoot their mouth off' yet hide behind their anonymity with only a name and a post count displayed in their profile. I can't stand this, it seems alittle cowardly.

There's actually a very valid reason for doing this. There's lots of nuts and stalkers on the Internet, and many people with money (note, I am not one with money :D) don't want to publish information that would let those nuts track them down.

    That's why mine's vague.

This reminds of little league Dad's who only come to kid's games and complain about the coaching... yet never once showed up to help out at a practice.

Tillman and the rest of the mods are doing a great job. Rather than complaining, why not try it sometime.

    What's a moderator and who gives a flip? :)

Fact is that I have said this before, and I'll say it again -- Moderation ain't gonna work. I'm not saying this to demean any of the moderators. Lord knows, I ain't gonna do it.

At the end of the day, only peer review works.

I'll see all of you further up the road.

I think my reply is obvious! I just suggested to do this thread to Rob a day or so and he shot me down saying that he was going to do a survey sometime soon. Why mods are moving, closing or deleting threads at a alarming rate is beyond me but then again my opinion doesn't matter or my money for what's that worth (atleast that is what I have been told). It really doesn't have to be an issue since it never really happened all that much in the first place and when it did it was obvious to everyone that the thread was in the wrong place. A lot of people say the board is changing (some think good and some think bad) and Rob always says that with all the new users that things are going to change but my thoughts are that maybe what made F-chat so popular was the "small town feel" and not this new forum which F-chat has turned into and that is why the friction is starting to happen more and more with the introduction of Mods. We used to have Rob and 1 mod (I think it was Wayne) and they took good care of the board (they didn't have too much work since everyone knew the lay of the land).

These are my thoughts and like I have been told "you're a pain in the ass" (can you say that on here?). Take them for what they are worth.

I can't believe nobody has asked why this thread is in the General Ferrari Discussion forum when it has nothing to do with cars.
