I voted V8 because they are generally lighter, better handling cars. And they usually are a bit sexier too. The 355 and 360 can also be used everyday.

When I am an old chap in need of something comfy I will get a front engined 12!

Now look here my good man, the zimmer frame fits snuggly into the boot of the 575M Maranello but that is no reason to put it down, when you want to find out which is the quickest, your V8 or my 575M, let me know where the OK Coral is and we will meet at 12.00 noon. You are fighting in the wrong division light weight. However, at least you can enjoy the view of the back of a 575M driving into the distance as your putt putt warms up. Ha Ha.

Yours truly; Old Fart Racer Man D11VE:J

360CS vs. 575M round the Nurburgring, which do you think would win?

I'll try it out on project gotham 2 now and tell you the result ;)

Don't bother; we know the outcome if a 575 can’t keep up with a VW Beetle what chance has it against the mighty 360CS?

V8's for me - definitely more of a young persons car - I can definitely see the appeal of a 12 once you turn into an old geezer though....... :D

Besides, what are they going to be using in F1 in 2006 again - somebody remind me :D

No competition mate, forget the comments of that plonker with the GT2, Closeshave, the 575M will win every time, but lets not fight amongst ourselves, lets agree to have various levels of Ferrari performance, as the only thing quicker than a 575M Maranello with Fiarano handling pack is an F40/50 or Enzo, plus lots of others. If you think otherwise, put up the name and its pistols at Brands Hatch.

that's a tight twisty track, the type where a lighter V8 will have the advantage...

Why does one have to be better than the other? They are all great cars.

We already showed you at Silverstone. You were passed by 360CS, VW Beetle GT2, BMW M3, Scuberu **** box turbo, Volvo 940SE Estate, Skoda Rapid, and some bloke in his electric wheelchair. Got to hand it to you though, you got passed the wheelchair again on the straight.

In an ideal world I would have a wild V8 such as a 360CS or F40 for the weekends, and a 550 for daily driving. But the world is not ideal, hence I would ''compromise'' with a daily driveable, but also exciting to drive, 360 modena.

In an ideal world I would have a Ferrari Enzo for the weekends (Red), another one for daily driving (silver) and one more for Track days and Driversrun events (yellow).
