I know i am, I just love it when these little marathons come on, even though ive seen all the movies 2 and 3 times, i still find myself sitting and watching practically every one. Right now, Octo***** is playing and its right where James has to disarm the bomb in the cannon. Just wondering if there is anyone else out there who likes him. However, he is james bond and we are men so how can we not like him

Sir Sean Connery rules. I like George Lazenby second, although he was only in 1 pic, OHMSS.

Timothy Dalton should have been shot in the first 2 minutes of "License to Kill"

U really liked George Laznby, i dont. IF timothy dalton wasnt such a god awful actor, he would be a good Bond (im talking looks and finnese). For Your Eyes Only is starting, this is a great one, he uses the submarine Lotus in this one.

Connery, Moore and Brosnan are the best ones. I caught some of the "Bondathon" as well. Always liked Bond flicks.

    Quotables

Girl: "Oh my, your clothes are all wet"
Bond: "But my martini is still dry"

    Girl: "I've lost my charm!"
Bond: "Not from where I'm standing"

(Bond is walking into a church and into the confession booth. He doesn't really know what to expect but he is definately not expecting to find Q as a priest.....)
Bond: Forgive me father for I have sinned.
    Q: That's putting it mildly 007!!

BWHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHA thats one of the best, isnt it ironic that Q died in a car accident, John cleese is decent but he doesnt have the same presence as Q.

The complete DVD collection of Bond movies is excellent. Lots of audio/director/actor commentary, making of, behind the scenes, the origins of Bond,....tons of extras.

    "Shocking.......positively shocking."

"My name is ***** Galore......" ....."I must be dreaming"

Although usually Bond always one-ups the bad guy on retorts, the one where the bad guy really nails him is:
JB: "Do you expect me to talk, Goldfinger"
AG: "No, Mr Bond, I expect you to die!"

    Priceless.

Bond rocks, Connery was the best by far.

Every mans fantasy, you are on a beautiful island you come back to your suite after winning big bux in the Casino and a naked beautiful girl you have never seen before is in your bed ready for action.

Connery and Moore. Connery was best by far. He was excellent in From Russia with Love, classic bond at his best.

I think Bond is great but the Bond girls are even better, Pearce Brosnan is IMO the best so far.

Connery's the best. The formula is dead. Quentin Tarantino should remake Bond. He talked about it on the Tonight Show a few weeks ago.

Connery. He played Bond as a thug in a good suit, which, charm aside, is what Her Majesty wanted on the ‘00’ payroll.

    Trivia from the books:

    Bond was not English!

A Scottish father and Swiss mother. No wonder ‘M’ never took him to his club for lunch.

    A great line:
“Can I offer you anything Mr. Bond?” says the stunner, flipping her hair.
    “Well......I have had lunch.”

You know what I think Connery’s last ‘Bond’ movie really was? Not ‘Never say Never, but ‘The Rock’ with Nicholas Cage. Sure, the script didn’t say ‘Bond’, but Connery played the same character, age and all.

Im partial to the Brosnan bond. I thought he carried off all the requirements of Bond excellently. Perhaps its just because Im younger. Connery is definately the next in my book.

Desmond Lewellen was the best Q, and while John Cleese is great, he cant live up to Des. I dont think he is trying to either, which is good.

I cannot wait to find out who they tap as the next James Bond. Hugh Jackman or Clive Owen would be my choices. A friend of mine suggested Hugh Grant, but hes too, erm, tongue in cheek to be a Bond.

Any suggestions? Please dont say Ewan McGregor or Jude Law. They dont fit the mold.
