    Many of you have already received an invite to this event. For those that have not it is probably because I do not have a very good email list.


    Anyways this will be a great event for a great cause please R.S.V.P. to [email protected] if interested. 21 and older please this is a Black tie affair with cocktails being served.

    My company MKGCS scored a large amount of tickets to the upcoming congressional ball / auto car show 12/20/2004 6-8 PM at the Washington Convention Center
    Details:
    Cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception, wonderful car show, continuous entertainment--black tie optional (suit and tie for gentlemen, comparable dress for ladies is fine as many folks will be coming directly from work)

    The tickets are $150.00 a piece (don't worry they are already paid for courtesy of The Parkinson Foundation)

    Now as a side note, if anyone would like to make a donation to The Parkinson Foundation or any of the other great charities that are hosting this event that would be great, but this would be up to you and not a requirement at all.

    Since I for one cannot say no to (car show+openbar+food+charity) I of course will be there. A few of my car enthusiast friends have already RSVP'd

    The only catch is that I need to get an official count of how many tickets we need by end the end of the week (cannot have no-shows at $150.00 a plate). Feel free to email me for more details. Please feel free to spread the word to select "friends".

    Sorry man, I think they should drop the age back to 18,(at least you'd be close) but no one listens to me......................so your out of luck.

    I will not be making it to the limo ride, but will be there as soon as possible, but we do have an 1hr+ drive to get there.

    Is there a seating arrangement? Or potential meet during/afterwards?

    No seating that I know of but I assume that will all meet up at the event. We are hoping to go to capital grill after the event.

    We are in the cold north (MD) so we'll meet you down at the show. To make life easy, this is a pict for those who might not have met us yet. So it's a bit easier to spot us............ don't know where to meet up.

    Not going to make the limo. That is over 1.5 hours away in good DC traffic, not rush hour. I will see you all at the Gala though.

    There were some great looking cars there. The Ford GT looks amazing, but overheard some people talking about buying them for $150K. I kinda smirked and informed them that they were going for over twice that.

    The MoW racecar looks great. As did the Porsches (GT3) and the Infiniti G35. But I was sorta hoping for more exotic cars.

    I wanted to meet up with y'all, but did not know what anyone looked like. But I was the only person there with a beard, I think.
