My passenger side sun visor flops down. It will not stay up. I have tried duck tape and Velcro. Either will stick to the leather headliner for more than a few minutes. The cost of a new one is not cheap. It does not brother me much but my passengers do not like it at all.

Do any of you have any suggestions?

    Bart,

I suppose you've disassembled the entire sunvisor and arm assembly ?

If not it's worth unscrewing the sunvisor arm so the whole unit comes out of the car and then you can use 2 screwdrivers to tighten the pivot assy. I did this on my gt4 sunvisors and found I needed to cut a slice out of the mioddle of a wide flat blade screwdriver so it would fit into the rear screw of the pivot assy that allows for tightening.

As it is a plastic bush on mine this is only going to be good until the bush wears out I'm unsure what the 550 uses to do this.
