Me to. BTW, this picture cost me 250 miles. I guess I should have just taken one in the garage.

When I buy a car I really use it. My last Ferrari I woned I put 15,000 miles on it the first year I had it and finally sold it after owning it for five years.
I did little track work with it and drove it everday to work and really enjoyed the hell out of it.
I did own a 1965 Corvette fuelie that I restored. Had that for three years and put 200 miles on it because it was a show car. After winning every car show it was in, the thrill wore off and I sold it for a profit. It seems that alot of the Ferraris talked about here fall into that category.
How much fun can you have with a car when you keep it for 5-6 months, put 1500 miles on it and then sell it?? Very strange.

I gathered that was your point. And so no I wasn't calling you stupid.

Just commenting on the stupidity of buying one of these cars as a garage queen.

Its not a cheap purchase, and residuals are never guaranteed no matter how few miles you put on your car. So why not enjoy the damn thing.

Yes you get hosed on residuals if you put miles on. But not doing so is like having a mistress you never f**k. You take alot of the risks, but never get the biggest plus point.

BTW I'm not commenting on any of the other reasons one may have to not drive there car.

Just the attitude that I'm not going to drive the car because it will hit the resale value.
