    I was just wondering if there were any Richmond Va guys/gals on the board. Or the surround tri-cities. I have seen several Ferraris around town, just wanted to if they were on the board?

    Legend has it, there is an Enzo intown. I have not personally seen it, only heard about it from friends(who know a f40,f50 from an enzo, and other makes and models) Didn't know if that person was on here to, or not.

    Thanks guys, and see me this spring in the last Pantera GT5-s(depending on how you want to disinguish the car) ever built(suposedly). It is an 881/2 basically a 89. Buddy of mine and I are slowly restoring his, he has had since new, the paint is not so red anymore, and the fuel filter always clogs but its a blast to drive.

    I am in Stafford which is about halfway between Richmond and DC... I own both an '85 308 QV and a 1971 Pantera. I have two friends in Richmond that also own Panteras both 1972 I believe...

    We live just outside Richmond with a '01 550,'05 360 Spyder,'05 Superformance Daytona Coupe[#19],and a '92 NSX.Drive all of them all the time.

    Tiger 6 - I was wondering if you would mind if I came and took a look at your collection. i am pretty sure I have seen them around. You wouldn't happen to be memebers of the Country Club of Va or the surrounding clubs, If so then I know I have seen you around. I pretty much know every nice car and where it lives in Richmond or around (something that I take pride in :p)

    04cambio- does your liscenes plate say "does 185" if so I live right next to you, well down the street next to you. There is also a black drop top i was behind yesterday, older man with Gray hair.

    We should all meet up I will drag the Pantera Out of the 6 inch of dust on it.


    edit: Tiger do you have the red NSX with the red spoked wheels on it, and used to have a Corvette that was custom? I know of only one Daytona Coupe real or replica around town.

    Cambio-not mine at Buckhead.We have a yellow Spider,picked it up today from FMow-challenge grills front and back,Tubi,yellow piping on black seats,and is the last 360 to be sold by FMoW.
    WRX-the '92 NSX is black on black.Send me an e-mail and let's see if we can get together.The Daytona is in N.C. having some early One Lap of America '05 work done on it and should be back towards the end of next week.

    The Pantera is in Gochland with the Cobra (its go more problems than its worth, the Cobra that is) anyway, i will shoot you guys those PM/emails and we will get together.

    I stumbled upon this thread by accident. I'm surprised to see anyone else from Richmond. I think I've only ever seen two Ferraris in Richmond. One was a black 328 that was (is) for sale at Sportscar Workshop on the Boulevard and a black 355.

    I attend U of R. My friend who also goes here is getting a 612 as a graduation gift. He drives a Porsche Cayenne S at the moment. I drive a Camaro..heh. I saw a red 360 Spyder in front of the Jefferson last fall, and a Quattropole (spelling) also in front of the Jefferson the same day.

    Well I have been slacking off, and have not posted back in my own thread. Yeah there are a lot more Ferraris, lambos and other exotics in town that you might imagine. Anyway I just added a new car to my list. Well its my dads and its no exotic but its probably the coolest hot rod you will ever see. I need to get the pics of my camera Phone and post them, here are some specs.


    '41 Willis
    Built 540 with BDS blower, Damon carbs etc...
    Engine on engine dyno makes: 2,400 horse power est(low end) 1700 at wheels
    31 splin axles
    3:40 rear
    geez I can not even remeber the first part of it.
    The cool part: Everyone from Dale Jr., Rusty Wallace, etc.. have been in his garage to see it. Some of their people have built parts for it, one of a kind stuff.

    Currently for sale asking $150,000 its a bargin, due to the people who have worked on it, and the people who are looking at it, aka every Nascar, to Indy driver has shown interest in it.

    tiger 6, I am from Virginia Beach, VA and also have a NSX. In regards to Richmond, where are you located at? I personally know two NSXers in Richmond. Have you met any owners there?

    wideblacknsx - where in Va Beach do you live, my buddy has a house on 59th street and down on like 70th there about there is a really nice silver one that sits outside year round, the house is right on Pacific..l :rolleyes:

    I live close to an area called Chimney Hill in Virginia Beach. I've heard of this guy but I have never seen him before. Based off the location and color you've mentioned, I think this is the guy I've heard of. I think he has a 2000 with aftermarket rims and is a doctor. We've, meaning the local NSXers, have been wanting him to join our meets but couldn't meet up with him to see if this is his cup of tea.     I know three NSXers who live in Richmond. Actually one was supposed to have relocated to Virginia Beach which is owner #2 below. The three owners have the following NSXs:

    Owner #1. 2000 Acura NSX-T (Yellow) and 2000 Acura NSX-T (Black)
    Owner #2. 1994 Acura NSX (Green)
    Owner #3. 1992 Acura NSX (Red)

    WRX, do any of these NSXs sound like the cars you have seen up there?

    I have seen the Red one, well there a lot of red ones. But I believe if it is still stock appearence it is the car that I parked beside a week ago. There is a Factory Comptech edition? its a weird color purple that lives about 5 minutes away from me.

    Maybe the next time it gets warm, someone can organize some kind of meet? With all these NSXs/exotics we are talking about, I'm sure this will be a thrilling adventure. I will see if the two other NSXers I personally know up there will want to meet up to. Let me know and I'll come up there.

    BlackNSX- I am going to try and organize a drive when it gets warmer, and a meet and greet' I will try and contact the gentlemen down in Va beach.

    Sidenote-
    I would like to thank Tiger 6 for letting me come out to his house today, to admire his car collection. He was a very gracious host, and probably one of the most down to earth gentlemen that I have met. He showed us his collection and took my roommate and myself on rides in our choice of cars. He made my year, I still think my knees are shaking a little. I would just like to thank him again, he is a true car enthuiast.


    P.S. I went and worked on the Pantera, it is in sad shape I will be able to get it started and running but it needs a major overhaul. :(

    Wish I was moving for my job. You would think have a college degree and the talents that I have I could get a decent job, apparently not. :(
