I had ordered a key for a '82 308 GTSI, it was to have the little silver horse as your key has. From the picture your key looks mighty similar to the normal 308 key.

I'd be happy to pay you for it just tell me how much.

I would have thought the 308 key was the same as the Mondial, but I don't really know. According to the locksmith, the problem with the key blank Dave sent is that it is meant to be cut on only one side where my key is cut on both sides (you can see this in the photo if you look closely). If your key has ridges on only one side and is straight on the other side, then the blank I have may work. PM me and we can work it out.

Daniel -- is there any update from your phone call with Dave?

    Yes.

I have been posting in the Rossa section, but here are the details.

I have been in long communication with Dave over the last few weeks. I am in the process of purchasing the assets of Sodacoms, but not the business itself. In a few days, I'll be launching a new on-line Ferrari parts business, modeled after heyday of Sodacoms -- full on-line inventory, access to deep inventory positions, research into hard-to-find parts, etc. Additionally, I'm looking forward to offering all the popular add-on items (carbon fiber, trim items, K&N, Hyperflow, etc)

If you have an outstanding order that hasn't been filled by Dave, I'll certainly "do my best". I've already sent a shift knob to Augustine (AJS) and I'm getting a wheel hanger for another user. People with unfilled *small* outstanding orders, I'll probably just give the stuff away to keep you happy. If you've ordered a 355 waterpump however, that's a different story -- remember, I'm not buying the business, just the outstanding assets.

My #1 priority will be customer service. If I've got stuff in stock, you'll get it very quickly. If I don't, I'll let you know... and I'll be very clear about estimated delivery times.

The business is being entirely rebranded and a new website will launch by (hopefully) February 1. Ryan (Ryalex) is helping with the logo and colors, so it's a "family affair". I'll be a good corporate citizen and sponsor Fchat as soon as the logo is finalized.

There a millions of little details that I'm working through... hang tight!

A little nervous but very excited,
    Daniel

    Daniel,

That's great news! You did certainly take good care of me with that shift knob. I love it! All the best of luck with your new venture. You've already got one sure customer! :)
