This is what qualifies as a pimped out Ferrari LOL my new 512M roadster that I think used to belong to Mike Tyson The silver 512TR is my race car which Ferrari Spa is not thrilled with. Too bad for them, Now if they want to get rid of it by bribing me with a nice 575GTC I could consider it Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
William, i love your 512tr, its really stunning. IMO its not a pimp car becuase the parts you put on it, is there for a purpose which is: more speed! A pimp car just has those blinging thing that are totally unecesary haha. Thats just my opinion
Heres a better photo of my new Big Pimpin Ferrari, The Slutmobile, in its full pimped glory w ostrich skin interior & nasty gold plated wheels. The bird skin interior & the gold wheels will be departing soon to be replaced w a nicer red alcantara interior & chrome Kinesis rims off my black 512TR Image Unavailable, Please Login
It's not the real thing, but close enough to qualify for this thread. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6212&item=4520564891&rd=1 Any Genuine Vintage pimpmobiles out there? I know the 50's and 60's produced some outlandish one-off designer Ferraris, but I'm talking about the Kustomized kind.
You The Man!!! Damn, Post up some more pics of your rides. Post. Post. Post. Lukas- Could you pm me that highresolution? thanks.
anyone got pics of the lowered 355 with wheels/brakes on the first page in hi-res? or any other pics of it? that thing looks great
Why in the world is Ferrari not thrilled with it? That's an incredible car, hope to see it in action someday. Mark
Thanks, they're very snobbish at Ferrari. They think if it wasnt built by them its a POS. Also the shop that built it used to be owned by Bob Akin & they have a great reputation for restoring GTP cars, Indy cars, LeMans racers etc and Ferrari said " Since we dont know who built the car we don't know the quality of it" or something very close to that when they knew exactly who built it. Whatever
I get really annoyed at the purest attitude of some of the OEM's. Once it is off the lot it is your car and you should be able to do what you want. Look at the "factory teams" cars and tell me that they are stock or even come close to resembling anything that came off the showroom floor. Even Ferrari themselves have gone to coachbuilders over the years. OK rant over, I love this thread. Here are a couple non stock Ferrari's. Or three pages. http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/ferrari.htm http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/ferrari2.htm http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/ferrari3.htm
as soon as you change the filters, tires, spark plugs etc your car is no longer a "pure" Ferrari , sheesh. I heard Ferrari is using new regs to define which vintage cars they will allow at events. Its just a way for them to bust ballz if they so choose to. A lot depends on who you are. I have no desire to kiss their Azz & they probably consider me a nobody, even though my company is larger than Ferrari Spa
WOW awesome garage. I saw you about a year ago on the freeway, but right before i got my camera out you took off. It was awesome. would love to see more pics.
Here's some very daring spec F-cars. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Welcome to FChat SW. I have admired that 550 for a few years - it has appeared in several places with several different people claiming to own it. Here are two guys from CarDomain.com who got busted claiming to own your car: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/351682 http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/518040/2
Hey SW, This is Jamie from Boston, how's my Viper doing?!?! I can't believe you sold that 550, that car is beautiful! Good luck with the 360 when you get it, hopefully next summer I'll be able to get another Viper or toy of some kind!
