Hi everyone. Some of you might remember, around the beginning of this month a link was posted to the website of an individual selling a 355 replica. Only one picture of the car was included with the ad, so I emailed the owner to find out more. I was not actually interested in purchasing the car, but I just wanted to get some more pictures of it for the sake of fun. The response I received is ridiculous.

Below are copies of both the email I sent and the one I received.

Email sent from me inquiring about the car:

Hi, I saw your ad for the 355 replica. I’m interested in this car, but I was just wondering if you have any other pictures of the car. There is only one picture in the ad, but I’d like to see more angles of the car.

    Looking forward to your reply,

    -Zach

I am appalled by this man's behavior. I emailed about the car and received a response containing ads for "inflatable teen *****" and other completely non-related material. If this guy treats all of his prospective buyers this way, he will more than likely never sell that car.

    Feedback welcome.

What you actually got was likely a automated response e-mail. This replica is likely a scam to be honest. I wouldn't be surprised if a replica Fcar wasnt being sold at all.

Don't ask me how I remember this, but I know for a fact the yellow and black mirror-less 355s on that page were built buy a place called "Paul's Exotics" in FL. The yellow one was for sale on eBay back in 2000. It caught me as being unique (for a replicar, anyway) in that it had a Caddy Northstar V8 in is The web address is www.pualsexotics.com. I used to stop by that website several years ago for kicks. He used to just do 355s and Diablos. It looks like he's into Pcars now as well as "other stuff".

What's really funny is that if you scroll down to the bottom of the main page and click on "Business Opportunities", there's a disclaimer at the top of the page that opens up regarding Ferrari parts! Whoop-see...somebody must've received a call from an Italian legal professional...

    They add sooo much class.

They block the rear windscreen. The rear view in a 355 isn't very good to start, I'd hate to have to back up using only the side mirrors.

You know, maybe he'll make ya a package deal, the car, the inflatable girl, etc. Only problem i foresee is that your passenger will always be wearing this "0" shaped expression....
