http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/forum.asp?f=133&h=0 Anyone from on here going this time ? Think it's the 20th March. Rick
Just e-mail Craig about going. I think from looking at the list am a bit late to attend. When is it ?
The drivers list is full but craig is running a reserve list. In previous years people have dropped out so get your name down on the reserve list and who knows! Worth saying if you can come at very short notice, then if someone is ill on the day/night before craig can call you and voila... Sunday March 20th is the date.
Nickster - you taking the 360? or going with another driver? Will be good to meet up again. Remember me from Big T's drinks in the city? We met briefly.
yup,how are you. yus,360 in attendance. If you aint got a ride then let me know. Although I may be out in nottingham on the sat night so probably wont be travelling up from london.
I wasn't aware of this event. Just looked on the site, so I now know what it is about. Where is it held?
Holy SH*T! You've got an F40. Get in contact with craig asap. He has a spare list running! teamvmax AT hotmail DOT com www.vmax15000bhp.com
Thanks for the info (and to Rico). Not open to the public, so I won't pop along. Rico said to see if someone had a spare seat, but people are afraid of ladies with long legs...lol Would like the pics and info after though
Only because i don't like to share Pics and vids are my speciality... I'll pop a cd round after the event
Craig appears to be busy at work today. Just a few answers to some questions. - The VMax sessions have been going for a couple of years now. This one is number 7. Because of this, there are a lot of regulars that book up way in advance. Craig is inundated with applications the second he posts up on Pistonheads the date of the next vmax. This will of course mean that there are going to be people who are disappointed. - The cost is roughly £150 for the day. This includes unlimited tracktime from about 9am till 4ish. We stop for an hour over lunch. The day starts with cars being released on their own... the once everyone has had a few laps to get a feel for the track, cars are released in pairs for the rest of the day. - We use the full lap of Bruntingthorpe. This involves the main 2 mile straight where the top speed is reached... followed by about a set of turns back to the start/finish line. These are always good fun and a chance to test the cars on a wide open track... lots of run off and 'few' things to hit. In all of vmaxes i think they've had one scrape where a 360 hit a signpost but it was just cosmetic damage. - There is no competition... but of course there are always unofficial rivalries that mean we do get some awesome starts. Those who have emailed Craig will most likely be put on a reserve list. There will be more Vmaxes later in the year, so make sure Craig knows you're interested and you'll get priority for the next one. Craig doesn't do this for profit... he has a full time job and does it in his spare time. Please be patient with him as he can't please everyone Feel free to PM/email me any questions as i've been to a couple and help out behind the scenes at vmaxHQ.

I'm doing my best to accomodate you guys, list is full unfortunately, that said, in all the other vmaxxes I have had drop outs & have reserve list running & will come back asap, thanks for your interest, much appreciated. www.vmax15000bhp.com
