    That's the best F40 ever made. The wing does look a litle funny.

    This is chassis #88779 and its located in France.
    Its for sale. (the price is unknown)

    88779 is Michelotto #005.
    The F40 LM was replaced by the F40 GTE (Gran Turismo Evoluzione) which was also built by Michelotto and fitted with carbon brakes and XTRAC sequential gearbox, using engines of up to 3.6 liter to find more torque (due to smaller restrictors imposed in 1996). There were seven cars built and they represent the ultimate evolution of the F40 series.

    Hmm thats what I thought. The guy who took the pic says its a F40 GTE. Maybe the wing has been modified?

    Hi guys,

    As Roland Linder was telling me it is indeed correct that the LM GTE has a sequential gearbox, upgraded turbos, and carfbon ceramic brakes ...and without a doubt it is the ultimate F40!

    Sorry i personally dont have any high res pics but this is where i got them from, there is also some more general info about the LM GTE here too

    Listen to Tuby, he is right and Benny's 2nd LM was a GTE that was sold to NZ. Quiet a difference between a GTE and my LM even with all the mods done.

    There is an F40 LM GTE at FOH right now on the show room floor (with Enkei Wheel, but not like any pictured) and the big rear wing as the first pictures.

    I saw it today. Sorry, no camera with me at the time.
