    I'm not trying to be a smart-ass,
But I think you made a mistake by trying to fix the issue by yourself.
If you possessed the skills needed to fix such a problem, you wouldn't be posting this.
In so many cases people pay month after month for insurance on a vehicle,
but when it comes time to use it they balk.
You might as well be throwing money out the window every month.

IMHO, you should have called your insurance agent first thing.

You're probably right yet that's no reason to key a Ferrari. I don't care if he slept with her mom and her sisters you don't key a Ferrari.

Very sorry to hear of your distress.
If you have proof, press it with the law. Rember, in civil cases only have to have a majority, (51% of jurrors), not like in a criminal proceeding where you have to have 100%, (any legal types want to help me out with this, I could be way off on this)??

Once saw a bumper snicker that read,

    "DRIVER CARRIES NO CASH",

To which some pundit had added.........."is married".

To which an even more experienced pundit had changed it to....

"Driver carries no cash, was married".

Ah, such synicism, (sp??), been married three times, (thank god, not simultaneously).

But what the hey??? I'm 1/16th Italian.

    Dazed and confused,
chris, (Very, VERY lucky to have a, "good one" who likes and supports my crazed relationship with my "Green Car", (77 308).

    good luck.
