    Both my windows are slow getting up or down so I need advice as I am taking my car in this week for other repair then I can tell the mechanics what to do.

    I have read before the remedies to this problem but could not locate the corresponding thread so any advice would be very grateful.

    Using the SEARCH function here with the key words "slow 328 windows" yields this thread, among others:

    It tells you that the 328 doesn't use cables in the same way that 308's do, so it would likely be the motor(s). Or you might use a 348 fix as mentioned in this thread:
