    Can't argue with that. I must admit to not really understanding the appeal of Harleys, but to each his own, good luck with the project. Post pics when it's done, I'm curious to see how it turns out.

    I am pretty sure that you are wrong. There are many cases of corporations enjoining the use of their trademarked symbols on prodcts that tey did not produce or authorize. For example, a New Jersey Mercedes dealer named his boat Mercedes and had the three-pointed star on the boat. Mercedes made him remove it. I would suggest contacting a Patent Attorney before proceeding.

    BTW, he COULD probably still use a picture of Enzo's mistresses' ass, as I doubt that Ferrari trademarked that symbol.
