IMO, see if you can get them X-rayed before money changes hands...

    X ray would be cool.

At a mininum, carefully clean every surface of the wheels, looking for cracks, gouges or any other sign of "distress". Have each one spun up on a balancer and look for any obvious out of round, (hop), or wobble, (out of true).

I have no experience with the brand but have heard good things about them.

What do the wheels weigh compared with the alternatives.

What is their method of construction, spun, cast, forged???

Do the wheels require proprietary lugs, do they come with them, or if not, at what cost.

Is the offset and width the same with each, or each pair of wheels??

Does this offset and width fit your car with the proposed tire choice(s)???

    hth,
    chris

Are they split rims? If so you better make sure they don't leak. That will give you a fit. The other thing is (if they are 2 piece rims) are they out-of-round? A 2 piece bent wheel may be impossible to fix. Air leaks can be cured for the most part. Guess how I know this.
