What about the (unregistered) cars in Mexico.

The Tax rate to legally import the car is incredible.

    -

I saw an orange Mexican Murcielago at Lamborghini Dallas service dept.

It had no stickers of anykind. Inside the door or on the glass.

¿Pero donde en Mexico esta el Enzo?

The streets in Mexico would totally kill an Enzo. Ouch! Except for the "Carateras" (the Autobahn of Mexico)

I don't think there are unregistered enzos in Mexico. I was trying to bring one, but it is really expensive it has to be new. It is easier, to bring it from europe. To bring one from the US is really really expensive, and hard.

I only know about the 2 that the dealer brought.

I think both cars are in Mexico city. But I have never seen them on the street.

The murcielago is not very expensive, it is like $300.000 to 350.000 dlls.

The MRSP price at the dealer of the Enzo was 1'250,000 dlls.

The streets here will kill it for sure!!!!
My car is going down on pieces!!!!! and it is not an enzo.

It is "CARRETERAS" those are really bad too!!!! there is no place to have a car like this in the country.

Garretto en donde puedo conseguir un Challenge Stradale en España?

You are correct that the Murcielago is not that expensive. However you do have to also pay for the bodyguards to have a chase vehicle. The bodyguards may be cheap. The chase vehicle needs to be capable.

the other Red one belongs to Carlos Hank (who happens to own a 250 GTO as well among others highly collectible ferraris)
as far as I know they sold 2 Enzos @ Scuderia Mondiale
and a third one in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon
also frequently I've spotted a limited edition 550 Barchetta Pininfarina in my hometown : Toluca

Exactly, I suposed the car was his. (Carlos Hank) He also got his SLR.
His car collection is amazing, specially his ferraris.

I don't know about the one in monterrey. But if there's one, must be from L Zambrano or Junco.

I have seen the Barchetta before too. a red/black one right?

All the people I know that have Murcielagos 3. none of them have bodyguards!!!!!
They are kinda crazy. It's not a good idea to do this. hehe.
mmmmm,,,, there are not many options for a car to be capable of follow a car like this. the most common used cars are police interceptors, stratus r/t, malibu, cavalier.
    Bodyguards are not cheap.

Not even my car can deal whith them.
They are death! My bumper is all craked because of them.
    Imagine the Enzo.
The worst is that there are TOPES everywhere.
A friend of mine, broke the Carter on a tope of his 360 spyder.

I cant think of anywhere in MX or South America I would feel safe driving an exotic, Even a 308 can get you kidnapped or killed.

Columbia & Mexico are the 2 worst places for kidnapping. Its an industry in those 2 countries

No Doubt, I heard they have wharehouses in those 2 countries where they store people they've kidnapped. If you go to MX keep a low profile or get some security

Jakillo, Kidnapping in Mexico is a really serious problem, But as William said the best you can do is keep a low profile. But sometimes that's not enought.
Personally I wouldn't buy a ferrari here, first because of security I love my life more than any car. Secondly I wouldn't enjoy it as much whith this roads.

I'm sorry, But that's not true.
I wish it was but it isn't.
I know many people close to me that has suffered this, some of them were only 15 and 17 years old how "BAD" they can be?

The "BAD" PEOPLE ARE THE ONES THAT KIDNAPP A PERSON, NOT THE KIDNAPPED.
