I just received my QA1's from summit. I went with those and Eibach springs. The mounting heads are much smaller. What do you do for that? Just create a spacer for them? It came with 2 different size inner sleeves as well. They are both to big. I though I could use one or at least drill one out. Should I make the inner the complete length of the of the stock size with spacers on the ends to make up the difference? Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Sam

Unfortunately, a lot of the pics of Dave's earlier installation of QA1's was lost, including pics of his spacers. Similar spacers are required for the VariShocks, though they have the additional advantage of a much more robust mounting head than those tiny QA1 mounts. See the pics at
http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39712 which also have pics of spacers.

Thanks for the info. I was planning on having a friend maching a set of spacers. Does anyone know if I will have a problem with the new shocks and ride height? I have 16" qv rims. I noticed that the car will drop about 1". What are the odds of it rubbing?

What should be next, brembo's or nice sway bars? Any reco's on sway bars?

    Thanks again,
    Sam

No problem Sam. Of course those number can be translated to metric. You'll need a total of 16. I had mine made out of Al. Let me know if you have any questions.
