True, it was me who asked Ed to show up, so this conversation and the false accuses would come to an end.
Now come on guys, enough of this bull****. Start talking about Enzo's and other modelcars again :)

    Iceman.1,

As I stated earlier, the reason for listing Alex Kustov's web site was at his request. I was asked, by another member of this group, what I paid for the model. Alex preferred that I not give out prices and asked that anyone that might be interested to contact him directly. The pictures I posted were supplied to me on disc when the model was delivered. That's why they're the same pictures shown on Alex's site. I do stand corrected, it was not you that asked for confirmation from Ed of Island Collectibles.

I agree, let's put this aside and get back to discussions of a hobby we all enjoy! Let's agree between us, no more accusations without proof.

Please guys. Leave it at that. OR go through PM.

What do you guys use to polish your models? Ive got some stuff of MicroMark called Novus or something, its a spray on thing, and it sort of works. What do you guys use?

    Hello fellow members.
My name is Alex Kustov, and I'm glad I have found this thread, so I can make some clarifications and put it to rest once and for all.
Yes, I have built this model, and built it (and few other's featured on my website) for my good friend noelsairplanes, and yes, it is currently belongs to his amazing collection.

To Iceman.1: I suggest you think before you call person a liar. A century ago you would be called on a duel for accusations like this. YOU made this whole thing personal when you posted accusations on a public forum. YOU should be ashamed of yourself. And trolls like Greghurst too. Though he has a point in his post - "tell the truth and people will respect you more". Do you feel some respect for yourself right now?

If you have doubts as to my identity too, please email me at the address posted on the ItalianHorses website, no need to call me a liar on a public forum.

I apologise in advance for being a bit abrasive in parts of my post, but I just can't stand when my friends are being called liars. Hopefully you will make right conclusions about who's who here.

    Alex Kustov

    Getting back on-topic...

I agree with you Enzoluv, there is something abt the BBR 1:18 Enzo which leaves me cold. I suspect it has to do with the tire sidewall profiles. They look just as bad as Mattel's 1:18. I own the Tamiya 1:12, and I am happy with it. Its not perfect, but still the best thing going thus far. Plus it "blends with my other 1:12s F cars (250GTO, F40, and F50).

Most important to note, is that Kyosho is planning to release their version of the Enzo in 1:12. My advice is wait to see how that one turns out. Unfortunately I dont have any details as to when it will hit the stores. I wouldnt worry though because I still see floods of the Tamiyas floating around the net.
