    Have you read the book E-Myth? Do you ever want to sell your business one day to retire or take some money off the table?

    Someone doing the job 80% as well as you could 100% of the time is often better than you doing 100% of the job 50% of the time. If that makes any sense.

    Congrats - great to see things going well for you!
