Hi guys. I have a 2000 360 Modena and lives in Scottish borders. Iam 39 and currently paying 2,500 GBP for a fully comp insurance with 7 years no claim bonus. Clean license as well. Very interested to know how much other owners pay?
My renewal notice has just come in from Liverpool Victoria. 2004 360M and 2004 Mini Cooper S = £2,272.04. I believe the split to be about £1,800/ £500 but will be getting this confirmed.
Haha! For the benefit of the original poster, SteveF is a knob of the highest order and is attempting to hijack another thread with his dazzling wit- see "the trouble with Fchat thread" I'm 38 and insured with LiverpoolVictoria.
hi mate and welcome, i'm 31 and pay half that, I'm with lloyds at the mo, but only cos of one reason. Liverpool victoria and aon are good, so are a-plan but i'm goona go with garys lot in april.(guy on here who does insurance) btw are u in the owners club?
Thanks for your replies. I guess I am being over charged. Do your covers include track day use? and is the LV cheapest to insure with? The excess on my policy is 475GBP and it does not cover track days... Mya be time to look for a new insurer. From Sunny Scotland Mass
Liverpool Victoria,as most of You know My 188 pounds premium was due to a mistake in Their software,so no idea how much it will be when renewal comes around but when I had My 328 it was around 250. Dave Mc
My premium for my 360 F1 was 2 grand I think with a grand excess (it makes you park it in good ares), I was 29 and in Glasgow, with A-Plan, and had give mileage useage of 10k a year. Paul
That's quite expensive. I think I paid £1300 for my 360 Spider with AON The neat thing with AON is that they class all Ferraris as "classic cars" and therefore your NCB isn't needed (useful if you have another car).
Just been quoted £1,270.19 for the 360 with an excess of £1,000. Policy is with RSA. Sounds like a worthwhile saving despite the excess increasing from £500. Does anyone have experience of an RSA policy?
I mistyped it is actaully £1,100. Just received a quote from anothe broker using RSA as well. This time the quote is £1,620 for the same terms. I am therefore puzzled as to why they should be so different.
