Yeah, the one thats been at the montreal auto salon is Stroll's car. he also owns a F50, F40, 288GTO, 250GTO, McLaren F1......lol, not a bad list.
the silver F 50 went to David Beckham and was stolen later - as far as i know. the 250 SWB (2177GT) is still owned by Grellet and the best sounding and one of the most spectacular driven cars at the Ennstal Classic !
It's in Australia, owned, obviously, by an Australian... All Enzos are left hand drive, so the owner can't take it out on public roads, but he can take it to the track... One of our very own, Mike360, went to the Grand Prix this weekend and, hopefully, saw the car in person and took lots of pictures... He said the car was scheduled to be there...
ok thanks NNO do you happen to know the s/n by any chance? any other info either (license plate, owner?)
Its part of the Fox Collection. I don't think we know the serial. http://foxcollection.org/cars.htm U sure about that :?
the owner is lindsay fox who is a shipping magnate. all his trucks have the same red/yellow roof color scheme, hence the reason as too why his enzo is painted like that. his helicopter and other various toys also have the same paint scheme.
hey guys i know this is a very old post but im trying to see the pic but for some reason its not even showing that theres supposed to be a pic there. can anybody maybe go back and either repost the pic or just pm it to me? thanks (its the last post on page 1)
anybody got pics of: 131632, 132645, 133919, 133935, 134288, 134597, 134601, 141276? any pics of any of them (except for the 1 that on the registry for 141276) is more than welcome. thanks
What is known about 141276? When was that car seen for the first time? The reason I ask is that the serialnumber is really high for an Enzo, and almost too new. Does anyone have details???? Rodolfo????
Edvar... Click here amd go to the very bottom of the page... 141276 is the last Enzo currently listed in Rodolfo's Enzo Register...
NNO, somehow the link you posted is different from http://www.enzoregister.barchetta.cc. It seems that yours is an old version or so. I guess Rodolfo must take a look at it ... Anyhow, 141276 really is a high number. Not in the usual serialnumber ranges of Enzos. And the most "fresh" F430s are just in the 141xxx range, so it must be really really really new. So, is it possible that the number is incorrect?? Just curious about it ....
i suppose it would be just plain silly to speculate whether that's the 400th Enzo, huh...? i mean, what would it be doing there...? But that raises an interesting question (interesting to me, at least): Was Dahr's Enzo ever replaced...? If so, did the factory replace it right away or did he have to wait until all others were completed...? If so, could that be his...? i know it still doesn't explain why the serial number would be so high, i'm just throwing out ideas that might mean something to someone...
Your idea is certainly not so strange. Ferrari has done similar things in the past But first I would like to know if the number might be wrong. Of course, we need Rodolfo for that. Please also note that the number can not yet be confirmed by Carfax or AutoCheck. They have records of more than 120 US and Canadian Enzos, but not this one yet ...
Hey, i just realized something... The fact that we're discussing whether this serial number is too high for an Enzo or not tells me that you believe they're done making Enzos and that all 399(+) have been made... Do you know when they finally finished...?
I don't know for sure if they are finished or not. But I just doubt the serialnumber of that Enzo. Of course, I could be wrong too! But let's first wait if Rodolfo can help us here ...
