It starts with a 928 number..I can't remember the rest..but it is a Porsche part. Remove your old one and call a P dealer..they should be able to help you out

The one I'm looking at (from an 87 328) doesn't say Bosch

    One side says 928 615 124 00 Made in W. Germany

    the other says 897130 12V 10A

    Hope this helps

FC is a such great resource. Mr. Tillman's helpfullness notwithstanding, I think the 308 QV cars use a different relay from the 328 *but* with switching of input wire configuration in plug later version can be used. Tom Jones - "ferrarioldman" knows all about this.

Having said this, shall soon have a 328 relay can send you for testing purposes if you need.

    Best,

    :) Carl

Yep, 928 615 124 00 is the part # that I have.....I called my local Porsche folks on this. Apparently, they needed some help with what car it goes in (early '80s 928s). The web was very poor in finding suppliers for this gizmo, but I did find someone today that can order one overnight for $120.

Mine is definitely bad, since while removing the fuse to check it the fuse crumbled into pieces from corrosion. Two of the terminals into the relay are almost black from corrosion. I'll try to post a pic or two sometime today.
