I have an early 95 f355b that oil temp run hi up to 275 degrees when run on high rpm. The coolant temp is normal. I can start the engine and let it idles for hours, the oil temp would not get hot. It stays at about 190-200 degrees. But when I start driving about 5 to 10 miles @ rev up to 8000 rpm,
the oil gets hot. I checked and removed all oil lines and also checked the fan there is nothing clogs and the fan is working properly.
Does anyone have any solution to this problem.? By the way, it has less than 20k miles and all services had been performed.

I believe the 355 has a thermostat in the oil lines to the oil cooler. Yours may be stuck closed....so no oil is going to the oil cooler.
