    Hello All,

I'm currently in the OC visiting my grandparents, and dear god do I miss living in SoCal. The weather (abliet "abnormal" right now), the cars, the personality. As soon as I graduate I'm heading back here.

Sorry, just had to drop some praise, I miss my birthplace :(

Welcome back Travis. Hopefully we'll have some good weather this weekend and you'll have your choice of Euro Sunday, Crystal Cove, or Carlsbad to make your stay even better.

I grew up mostly in Oregon (Eugene, North Bend, Salem, Portland) so I know EXACTLY where you're coming from....!

    Enjoy your visit.

    Cheers

Oh sure, I too love living in So.Cal....but let's face it: the impending doom of the ground violently shaking and potential for disaster looms over our heads at every and any moment.

I've got my whole garage set-up to be Ferrari-safe in the event of an earthquake. I took everything off shelves except pillows and light stuff. I strapped anything that could fall to the wall.....I think I'm good to go.

It's been about 10 years since that Northridge quake...each and every passing moment brings us closer to the next one. Not a matter of IF....but a matter of when.

Isn't that wonderful....given a 20-year cycle and a duration of 2 minutes, we spend 10,483,198 minutes waiting for it to come. Wait...can we count sleeping hours?

Interesting Kevin. How long did you live in Oregon? And when where you in Eugene? Did you attend school there? Facinating to see someone else familiar with such a sleepy, small city :)

In the 2nd Pic, I have the TR and the 328 - I didn't think you were out here when I had the TR?
