thats real nice. great job on the build and it will come in real handy. have your electrician wire in some outlets on the wall above the bench. you can't have to many outlets.
i gotta say my most often used tool is my bench and table vice i aquired from my dad when he retired. it's a std. 3'x6' bench but its steel with a maple top thats 2 1/2" thick and bolted to the floor. the vice opens up to 12" and weighs in at a hefty 100lbs. basic but has been a real lifesaver and having a bench that dosen't move is sooo nice.

i noticed that you atteched the shelves to the chords of the roof trusses. can't tell in the picture, but for those that have exposed trusses if you want to hang anything from your truss members the top of the chord is designed to hold the load not the bottom of the chord. "simpson" makes great hangers to attach to the chords so it doesn't weaken the structure. if you drill or nail into the bottom of the chord it can fail.

but it looks as though your 2x4's carry up to the top.

im so totally incompetent when it comes tool crafmanship
    i can't even put a nail into a 2x4 w/o bending it...it's embarassing :)

I feel your pain. I built an 8 foot bench and 28 foot of cabinet with doors. Hard to see the bench behind the golf cart. Seemed like it took forever.
