    I had to book a flight to Denver this morning. I got the most brain dead, sub-human IQ'd agent I have ever spoken to. It took me 25 minutes to make a simple reservation. I had to repeat all of my info about eight times to the ditz chick. I could have booked this with United, payed the extra $100 for their fare and been done with it all in five minutes!

    Anyone else called these idiots as of late?

    Several of my friends fly Frontier regularly from Austin to Denver and I haven't heard any horrible complaints. I think it's just you ;)
