I just purchased one of these watches for $0.02, though I had to pay for shipping. The total was still under $12. It is not a quality item (obviously), but it actually keeps time. I thought I'd get it just for fun. So far it is worth the $12.

Cool watch. :) I bought a cheap Ferrari watch on ebay last year, I love it. About $50 shipped from Hong Kong. Hard to tell from my cameraphone pic, but the face is genuine carbon fiber, and the scuderia shield is super high quality. I haven't seen this model on ebay in about 6 months though.

Dave, do you know if those watches are still available? If so, how can they be purchased? Can you PM me directly? Thanks.

    FarmerDave,
I bought the same watch (and a Maserati one, too). I like it and the quality is not so bad.

    I've bought them both...

    This one is crap...
But then again you get what you pay for, I think I paid US$10 incl. shipping to Sweden.
It keeps the time but the printing on the bracelet peeled off in a week...
My ten year old daughter got that one.

    This one I like!
I was surprised that all the dials worked!
    Looks really sharp to.

There are few styles out there.

One is an auto Daytona copy.

Where there's a Ferrari rampante you often see a BMW roundel, four Audi rings, you get the picture.

Another is a four eye displayed horizontal - auto movement.

I'm sure you could find heaps by search ebay for 'Ferrari' in the watches section.

    Dave,

Your watch is great! Too bad I spent my wad on my watch ;) I might have to save up and get your watch too.

I have one of every color. It's a Ferrari watch that I don't have to worry about ever. I think I out bid someone for $0.06 instead of the going rate of $0.02.

8valve, I ended up grabbing this one after I saw your post. I need a new "wearing" watch and this looks neat. The seller was very polite and prompt in clearing up my questions about shipping costs to the US, and his feedback percentage is excellent. I'm looking foward to getting it, and will postwhen it arrives.

I'm not a big ebay buyer or seller--over six years I've bought maybe 30 auto models, some computer stuff, and gotten some good deals on Ferrari parts, as well as having sold a few items. Only bad experiences I've had were when selling jewelry items post-auction off-ebay-- a real jerk of a buyer on a gold watch and a nickel-and-dimer on a steel Rolex bracelet.
