    on my 1999 360 i need to run a video cable from the passenger compartment thru the engine bay (away from exhaust)to a video camera i am mounting in the grill under licence plate.i can not find a way thru the firewall.does anyone know how to get from passenger compartment to engine bay?any help would be much apperciated.p.s.the monitor is built into the rear view morror and it gives a much better view than thru the rear window with factory rear view mirror.

    Pull the access panel at floor level behind the left seat. The battery cable passes through a rubber seal and you should be able to get a cable through there as well. The down side is that you will probably have to take off the belly pan to get to the cable once you have pushed it through. That will make for a nice clean install without having to drill holes in the car.
