Movie Spotters Thread (merged with 3 other threads on the "Sin City" 348)...

Dunno if it was mentionned here , but theres a blue 456 Gt in "Tomorrow never dies" , when they escape the Carver tower in China.

 

Good eyes. It's visible for about a second.

Last night I finally found the 348 (?) in Scary Movie 3. Talk about blinking and you miss it. Aside from the 308 in "Beverly Hills Cop 1" probably the briefest appearance in any movie.

Patiently waiting for "Be cool" with the 360 to come out. We need some new entries for this list.

 

Thanks Carbon. Yes, Cody Banks was mentioned and the reason I rented that flick. The girl he gets the car from is (together with the car) the only highlight of this forgettable POS of a movie.

Are you sure about "Johnson Family Reunion" as a title? There is "Johnson Family vacation", which is another movie that shouldn't have been made, but it does have some Ferraris in it in the opening scene at the dealership.

All those are part of my list already. As a matter of fact that FCA list is what got me started. I contacted them with updates to the list, but they were not interested, so this FChat thread here is about as close to a grail keeper as it comes.

The name of the movie is "Joshua Tree" if you look it up on IMDB..USA title is "Army of one" (I own it on DVD) Good F40 scenes..if you notice the burnout scene when they burn out of the garage..I doubt a kit could do that. And that woman is one of the hottest Ive seen in a movie in awhile.

 

Red 348 TS in Pusher 2, is featured in about 15 minutes or so. (Danish Movie, should be in the US soon, called "With Blood on My Hands")

theres a red 348 in Sin City that they drive around some...badass movie btw but leave the women at home. girl i was with fell asleep on my shoulder and hated it lol

 

anybody see "sin city" yet?...i just got home from watching the movie.
there are alot of nice cars in that movie....including an xk Jag (i think) and a Ferrari 348 ts.

now seeing that 348 in that movie, i would say i like the 348 even MORE than i did. i guess its always best to see the cars in movement and video than just pictures.

btw- two thumbs up for that movie imo!

 

oops...my bad..lol..looks like redlineg60 got there before i did!..haha...o well!

 

My wife and sister-in-law both liked it... even want to see it again to catch what they missed the first time. (Many women won't like it though.)

My one fault with the movie: the Scuderia shields should have been yellow! (Or maybe even the whole Ferrari red... though that might have been too much.) Clearly the director & producer were NOT Ferraristi. But it did make me want to go home and drive mine!

 

Did the 348 used in Sin City belong to anyone on the boards? Thought the rear wing on it was odd, but it was cool to see an f-car in the movie.

what i think is that since somethings in the movie were red...i thought the ferrari would be red too...

 

I saw Sin City; Loved it!! the 348 looks sweet too.

 

Okay now I have to go see the movie. I was just gonna wait until it came out on video, But now I must go see it, and in the 348. LOL.

 

Blow features a 308 GTS, a 246 GTS and a Daytona Spyder albeit only for very brief moments.
