    Am I mistaken in believing that using the ferrari name, logo, emblem, and other such stuff and then selling it is highly illegal?

    Personally I think the person should go to jail for a long time and pay huge fines for using copyrighted materials.

    It would have been fine if the person left off all the ferrari stuff and just made it look like a testarossa as opposed to actually putting testarossa on the car.

    Same goes for those people in the far east (not sure which country) that took an NSX and rebodied it and tried to make it look like a F40, and used the prancing horses then.

    Its a travesty.

    Imitation is the best form of flattery. The guy is obviously a Ferrari "appreciator." I think it looks great for a kids first car/truck. I mean if it was a kit that's another thing. As it is, as earlier stated it pays homage

    There actually are people bidding on it and now it's over $10k....! :)

    I should buy one of those old beat up trucks for $1k and paint them red, put a couple of Ferrari stickers on, and sell them on eBay! :)
