I'm just trying to figure out what people have to do to get their threads answered. I've posted a couple and have got one reply (that which was useless to me). I'm wondering if you have to own a ferrari to be even considered...or what the hell??? I just think it's stupid cause I see everyone else replying to other stuff.

I'm sure its not personal...you just need to start exciting threads...

    You know, talk about:
    1) sex
    2) Ferraris
    3) Money
    4) how to get rich
    5) Naked women
    6) How your car just broke down....

    Here's an example:

Title: Holy Cr*p, naked women found in my ferrari!

Body: Guys! I went to my car and a naked women was attending to it. She was fiddling with the car, and was accidentally scratching my car! I wanted to have sex with her. Any way I can make money off this? By the way, my car doesn't start.

    Help!!!

Something like that would work ;) !!!

Bo, after you have sex with her, make sure you get her insurance card (where she would have it, well.....never mind).....

Then, find out who made her jewelry that scratched your car so when you call one of our F-Chat personal injury lawyers, he'll know who to sue.

    Good luck and interesting post!

    Let's see...

You wanted pictures and information on the MC12. If you had done a search, or simply looked through the "Other Italian" section, you would have found a thread talking about federalizing the MC12, with a post that included links to the pictures that you wanted.

You wanted to start an exotic car register, said you know that it would be a lot of work, and wanted information on:

    Ferrari Enzo
    Ferrari F50
    Ferrari F40
    Koenigsegg CC
    Koenigsegg CCR
    Maserati MC12
    Mercedes SLR Mclaren
    Porsche Carrera GT
    Bugatti EB110
    Pagani Zonda
    and Mclaren F1

Maybe you could have read Rob's post on starting a comprehensive Ferrari registry and the challenges involved in that. Plus, people that can afford that level of cars usually value their privacy and wouldn't want some guy putting information up on the web about their expensive cars.

Are you finding the number of replies to this thread acceptable, or is there something else we can do for you?

I guess we wouldn't know, since he hasn't filled out his profile.

So we have to assume that he's Canadian.

If you want to get taken seriously and have people respond to you, amend your heading, put a name up there and where you are from, and consider subscribing. Most likely, the threads you started were not of interest to anyone, thus no one responded. You'll notice that some threads get lots, others do not. Usually it has to do with how broad an appeal the topic has. Most of the time, the bulk of the comments are off-thread, as you might notice, so don't take a lack of responses personally. If you are looking for information, often you only need one good response to find out what you need to know.

woo-hoo, the thread is growing! We're rolling now! We have to add some medical stuff in here though!

    7) After the woman fixes the car, and you sue her insurance, you find that you might have an itch in a personal spot. Anyone with input?
    8) You sell pictures of the whole thing on the net, and you make 2 million dollars - which is better: Lambo or Ferrari?

    He he.

    1. Is your favorite beverage Molson's?

    2. Do you say "oot" instead of "out"?

    3. Do you own more than 3 hockey sticks?

    4. Do you know how to drive a Zamboni? If so, have you ever re-done the ice on your cul-de-sac between periods?

    5. Does your football field go up to 110?

If you answer "yes" to any of the above, you may be Canadian.

Please submit your answers so we can ban you if necessary.

Embelish the story like this: My daily driver broke down late one night, and a scantily clad blonde bimbo cheerleader drove up in her Ferrari and offered me a ride. On the way home, we stopped by Sonic and she bought me a jumbo cheeseburger and a Route 44 cherry limeade just to win my approval. After dropping catsup on her leg, I couldn't help but notice her tatoo that read "0846". When I questioned her about it, she acted evasive. I knew she was too young to be an Auschwitz survivor, so the number had to mean something else. She said her name was Christina Sawyerr.

Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with you not owning a Ferrari.

I'm guessing others just don't share the same passion as you in starting an ultra rare exotic register.....

I really didn't have anything to add here. I was just trying to add to the reply total so our friend would feel better. Have a good day, eh.

    Thanks for the contribution.

BTW, since most super exotic owners might not want to register for fear of thievery, I think our friend will do better with a NON-registry, I'll start:

for the record I DO NOT own a MC12.

I may be in trouble here, but if it helps I am currently fitting a six carb set up on my Zamboni and I have ordered cheap magnetic Scuderia Shields.
