They were an aftermarket 12" replacement. Got them online. There are also some threads showing those fans in other member's 308's. It may be under the old Ferrari chat forum. Brent
Had the same problem on my 85 308. Replaced radiator with aftermarket...still overheated. Replaced overflow tank cap (x3)...still overheated. Had top end worked on including new head gaskets and resurfaced cylinder heads...still overheated. Replaced Thermostat (x2)...still overheated. Re-replaced radiator with factory radiator...problem solved. Moved to Florida...gets hot and coolant poured out of the overflow...bled system...problem solved. Here in Florida, the car still gets a little hot when in traffic. 308s are notorious for overheating. 328 significantly better (bigger radiator placed on an angle to match airflow instead of straight up and down as in the 308). Total for all the above...more than $8000.00. The aftermarket radiator was $900 and the factory one was $1380.00. I don't know if the Factory radiator alone was the answer, but I wonder if saving $480 cost me $8000 in the long run.
