Anyone recommend any product to polish out the surface corrosion on my Tubi Exhaust?

I'd start with Bartender's Friend, then finish with fine rubbing compound.

Bartender's friend was originally made for keeping stainless steel bar eqpt shining. Recommended by most SS cookware mfgs. It's pretty gentle, but something in it is good at removing corrosion as well as cooked-on oil/grease.
