Roughly $265K at current exchange rates IS a lot of money for a coupe. But it does have the clock setting hang tag, so its got THAT going for it!

Sure its only covered less than 3k miles (is that really a good thing?) and so it is absolutely like new, but there are a few other superb examples for sale in the UK right now, at Paul Baber and DK Engineering.
Not sure its worth a GBP50k premium on some of these.

    Absolutely right paulyb.

I'm pretty skeptical about this site. The pictures of the red Spyder show the original RHD car that sold at auction within the last few months for c. £300k, and the blue Coupe shots are from a German site (although it's RHD). It might show the London Motor Show car, or might not - but that car sold for about £105k at auction c.1 year ago, then re-appeared again about six months later - again at auction - and apparently failed to sell.

This 'private collection' of Daytonas has not been in the same hands for very long...

I am somewhat skeptical about this site also. The 1924 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost is being offered for sale by Frank Dale & Stepsons, a London based dealer of vintage, classic and modern Rolls-Royce and Bentley motorcars. The Ghost has been in their inventory for quite awhile.
