    Is that car is owned by Coco? If so I have seen it at the Auto Museum in Saratoga. How did the tools got seperated from that car, wouldn't the Chinetti's have owned it since it was raced? ThanksBest, Yale

    I'll bet I know what the biggest tool in the upper left corner of the case is for - screwing in the cylinder sleeves. There is an article in Road & Track of July 1952 with lots of detail pictures of the Indianapolis Ferraris. I was hoping to see a picture of Tom's toolbox, but no luck.

    you are correct, Jeff. But as Tom advised me several months ago as my dad and I were contemplating pulling the sleeves out of 0556(0446) - not something you try at home w/ a 50 year old motor . . . even if you have the right Lampredi tool.

    I thought it was a hub puller
    like the one in the kit with the captured cross bar, my thinking was that the front and rears were different diameters
