    Ok, so here's what I've got rolling in my car;

    1) Torque Wrench w/ 22mm socket
    2) Oil Filter Wrench
    3) 3 extra qts oil
    4) Coolant concentrate (1 pint)
    5) Tire plug kit
    6) Air compressor (300psi)
    7) Standard Ferrari fix-a-flat can
    8) Tool kit (including selection of sockets)
    9) 2x Talkabouts
    10) OBD2 computer
    11) Armor-all glass wipes
    12) Roll of paper towels
    13) Tire pressure guage
    14) Fuel cleaner
    15) Funnel

That should cover most everything should anyone have any issues en-route. I can't imagine what else short of a mobile workshop we'd need. As mentioned, I have an extra talk-about in case anyone hasn't got one.

Any other bright ideas, say em now.

Leave the Ferrari fix-a-flat at home. It probably doesn't work and it will give you space for another bottle of scotch.

Understand you're going to make Rich drive through California. Are you going to turn off the V1 while he's driving like you told me you were going to?

John - see you in the afternoon. There's no need to double-up on most of the stuff I'll be carrying (although i suggest carrying extra oil, etc). 550 to the rescue! :D

Although i cant go, how about a cellphone & cigarette lighter charger. duct tape?

Also, flashlight, & a lighter so in case the ride becomes useless, just light it up (kidding).

    Have fun yah all!

Have a safe and pleasant trip and be careful...

    Rich,

You sounded like you'd be speeding through California...I am surprised from such law abiding individual, just be careful the post maybe used in the future when there is a discussion about speeding tickets ;)

    Cheer,

    Matt,

I have no problem getting a speeding ticket. But unlike others on this board, I do not whine and ***** and moan and complain when said tickets are handed to me for said infractions. In other words, I can walk the walk and talk the talk and have no issues if a ticket is handed to me fairly. UNLIKE others. I speed, as I have said many times, but I am SMART about it. I am 28 next month and have 2 tickets, one dismissed. It is simple math.

    Good night.

p.s. the food was not spicy, but very good.:)
