Don't know what this is, but we found out about MM's essay before he posted it. Word on the street was worse than reality. Simply a "heads up" and I don't see anything wrong with it. Although border line attacking Art again and then posting the TVR stuff, in the end we decided to leave his post as is.

Just simply stating that was another way to look at it and his posts were nothing to worship as some of you pretend.

This was for Rivee, not MM, but could apply to a couple more right now.

Reasons for me not overreacting to this.

I'm a good person that does what I think is best for the overall community. I will not allow users to bully me around. I don't think anyone wants me to lay down and do whatever one user or one niche group on FerrariChat.com wants me to do. This is a VERY diverse community and Macro decisions are not always going to fit into your Micro world as you like.

He was well liked and also not so well liked. Typical with an outspoken user to have two camps. No big deal, but if you break rules and don't listen to warnings you have to face the consequences no matter what side you are own. Art, TVR, and others know that too.

 

I think you made the mistake because you don't know me. I responded to you because you unfairly made a personal statement. That's nothing more than name calling, why can't you just address the acute issue? That is what we're all discussing.

I don't do anything for one user, one subscribed user, or one sponsor. I make decisions based on the overall community. I have a day job and as long as this is a hobby I really don't care much about the revenue if I'm breaking even.

I really don't care if you own a Ferrari or not, I really don't care if you are subscribed or not, you simply just made an uninformed personal attack and of course I'm going to challenge you on it.

Asking for an apology is a simple chance for you to realize your mistake and I'll be 100% cool with you. Otherwise I have pegged your "class".

I haven't witnessed anything else from you that would make me think negative of you, but this once you crossed the line.

 

Why was your account deleted? Either you agreed to leave or asked to leave. I really don't remember, if we ban someone, we ban them. I never said you had bad contributions on FerrariChat.com. You probably got testy with moderators because you were attacking other users, including me and FerrariChat.com in general. There is an entire niche of people that get along with JRV and on his site. I'm sure it is successful. I would imagine there are also successful sites for pedophiles, murderers, and psychopaths. FerrariChat.com just happens to reach a larger mass market and diversity that sane people enjoy.

Don't worry, I will find you. I've never had anyone say I was a bad person after meeting me in person, because I'm not a bad person. I just have to be tough sometimes when doing what is best for FerrariChat.com. Hopefully I discover in person you aren't as bad as your post makes you out to be.

 

No problem. All my friends can attest that there are no self-protection worries. Gets to the point where every now and then I would like to turn my intelligence off for a few rounds, but all the barkers turn out to be cowards. Oh well, only thing fights are good for is jail time and cosmetic bills.
