    Ever since I was really little I've always liked the smell of exhaust fumes, the smell an air conditioner ina car makes before it's cold, brewing coffee (but I hate coffe), Earl Grey tea, honeysuckles and a few others I can't think of right now.

    Cheese is my second favorite. Preferably a super soft one that when you cut into it, oozes out and pisses off the people at the table next to you.

    But nothing beats black truffles...

    Bleach, To me it smells clean. drives my wife crazy that I am always dousing everything in the kitchen with bleach sprays.

    I read once that the connection between smell and memory is stronger than any other sense. You can smell something once and then 20 years later it will trigger a memory reaction to you. I've experienced this before, smelling something from my childhood, and it brings back a vivid memory that otherwise I would have probably never thought of again.

    I love the smell of my Ferrari when I climb in for the first time in a few weeks. Probably my favorite of all smells. That and bacon.

    Everyone loves their own brand!

    New car smell and new carpet are both great. I also love the smell of the Grease Trucks (lunch trucks at Rutgers Univ.)

    Strangely enough, I don't love it but unlike most it doesn't bother me. But a skunk smell. Dont' know why, it doesn't bother me.

    I've noticed this as well. A very faint skunk smell is akin to musk (makes sense anatomically) so I find it non offensive but not attractive. My kids look at me like I'm nuts.

    Given what you do for a living, and the smells you encounter on a regualar basis, it's probably a good thing that skunk doesn't bother you either. I'm thinking your lack of olfactory concerns is probably a plus for your job. :)
