Good poll... IMO the choice should only be GTB or GTS. The spider or fully convertible is in different category. I love the B over S but if the spider is in then, forget both B and S, spider of coures...

I prefer the lines and the regidity of the GTB, but I got a hell of a deal on a hairdresser's car...

I agree with judge4re, they look so much better & also most likely to have no roof leak issues.

I live in Idaho where a solid leak-proof roof is a must in cold weather. I drive it all year... as long as it's not snowing, raining, or too wet that is.

Today was 69 degrees, blue skies, 80 miles of winding back country roads with banked curves on a Sunday afternoon with no traffic and beautiful scenery... driving with the targa off, wind in my hair, and full sound of the Stebro exhaust can't help but make it more enjoyable! GTS all the way.

I was doing the same thing. (Sans the Stebro exhaust.) But still a Great Day!

    Thanks ALOT Mike.
While you were on that blissful drive, I was busting knuckles hanging suspension and brakes on my 308. Man am I anxcious to drive this thing when its done.
Still lovin your upgrades I assume?? Please say yes, so I know this is worth all the effort.

Having just purchased my first 308, and test driving several along the way, I must say that the gtb was my favorite and my buying choice. It felt tighter and seemed quieter and more comfortable than the gts with the top on. Having owned a DeLorean prior to my newly purchased 308, the comfort and quiet (rattling noises) factor were truly the deciding factor. Don't get me wrong. The gts with the top down was loads of fun, but just the thought of bird droppings hitting my head at 90 mph is a good enough reason to want the hard top.

328 GTB or GTS did not matter as long as it was black/black. I ended up w/ a GTS. Currently owning a Miata, 2 RX-7s w/ sunroofs & a 240Z w/ V8, I clearly am not concerned w/ road noise or squeaks, etc. Maybe if I was to autox or road race my Ferrari really hard I would feel the twist. But then again, I’ve never been disappointed racing the Miata or 7s. IMO, I think both GTSs & GTBs are handsome w/ the spyders last in looks but highest in FF.
    That would be "Fun Factor"

Without a doubt... absolutely no regrets. As an example, for years I've known exactly where the car's limit is on one of my favorite quick turns, so that I could always push it to exactly where the tires started to squeal into a controlled slide. That doesn't work any more at that speed and g-force on that turn... the car holds flat to the road!! I keep pushing it a little bit harder every time I go that route on pretty Saturday mornings, but I haven't found the new limit there yet!

    Yep, love that new suspension.

I voted TB. I have a TS and it leaks like trying to hold water in your hands. Now if it didn't leak then maybe I'd get another one, maybe.

When I was looking for my 328, I knew without any doubt that I would have to have a GTS - it represented what I believed a Ferrari was all about since I was around 17 or so. (give me a break guys, I only knew of a 308 back then and soon afterwards Magnum PI came on TV)

Besides the sqeaking, rattling, and the rain/water leaks - I still LOVE my GTS.

I will always keep my 328 but I admit that I am thinking of eventually getting a 355 as well one day. I'd certainly entertain the idea of a Berlinetta or Syder. As long as it has power steering, I am pretty open to change my GTS mentality! LOL

Over the past few years from the Audi TT, to the new Mustang and many cars between, I have found that I like the look of roof lines. I just think cars look better with hard tops.
Don't get me wrong though...I live in Texas so, I would take a GTS or a Spider in a heartbeat.

GTS for the Florida weather. Looks good with the top on or off.
