Hey all you Ferrari Fans. I am a fairly new member to Ferrarichat. As with all you guys and girls on here i LOVE Ferraris. I am only 16 though so i dont actually own one. In school right now i am doing a speech on Ferraris. I was wondering if any of the owners on the site can answer a few questions for me to include in my speech. Thanks for the help!!
    1) What is your name, what odel do you have and what year?
    2) What is it like to own the most sought after cars in the world?
    3) Do you have any regrets about your decision of buying a Ferrari?
    4) Which Ferrari is your favorite?

Thanks agian for any information. I think this is a great site and hope you guys can help me. Matthew Trumbly

    2. awesome - of course, but you probably know that, but I bought it because I wanted the thrill from driving it, and it's more than delivered, and continues to surprise.
    3. just bought last month - only regret is didn't do this 10 years ago
    4. 288GTO is my favourite, 275GTB would do though - needn't be lightweight. Also wouldn't kick a 246GT, BB512i, 365 GT4BB or an Enzo out of the garage.

feel free to email me for more details - a bunch of years ago I was also 16 and reading everything Ferrari.

    2. I can't stop grinning, and so does everyone else that sees the car. It's certainly got many flaws, but also a sense of passion in its design and execution that no other make of car can equal.
    3. Regrets? Only that I couldn't afford a newer model, or at least a 328 that didn't need as much upgrading.
    4. Among road cars the one that has always lit my fire is the 250 GT Lusso, but the 250 GTO, 512 BB and 355 GTS are all high on my list. Among racing models the 330 P4 has no competition.

    2) What is it like to own the most sought after cars in the world?

Not for the shy, they attract a lot of attention, good and bad. The Ferrari V12, when pushed hard, gives the driver is an unparalleled experience - possibly the most wonderful driving experience there is. One I cannot put into words but one I enjoy everytime I drive it. It is a privilege to own one of these cars.

    3) Do you have any regrets about your decision of buying a Ferrari?

It has a few "special" characteristics I could live without. The melting radio knobs, the film that forms on the windshied (I assume from the leather outgassing) everyday, the squeaking brakes, the long warm-up time, the difficult transmission. Bottom line, it is perfect. You have to drive it to understand my position on this.

    4) Which Ferrari is your favorite?

    Mine.

    2. It is wonderful. I still can't believe that beautiful machine in the garage is mine. Just looking at it makes me smile, and driving it is the most exhilarating experience ever (well, maybe a close second to sex).
    3. I regret that I didn't buy one sooner. Seriously though, I don't have any regrets about buying my car.

Its cool, very emotional and difficult to not turn into an absolute lunatic tifoso.
    3) Do you have any regrets about your decision of buying a Ferrari?
    None what so ever.
    4) Which Ferrari is your favorite?
I like all off them, so many different flavors, its too difficult to say one is the best.

    2) It's a blast to own such a significant and beautiful creation. The vintage V12's are so raw and visceral - a thinly disguised road racer.

    3) I have no regrets about the car I have. I only regret not buying one (or a 250GT Lusso or 275GTB/4) a few years earlier when they were cheaper.

    4) 250GT Lusso, 250GT LWB Tdf, Manny's 375MM Speciale!, early Vignale bodied cars, and all the rest.

No regrets about buying one and I would have done it sooner but I am too tall for the 80's cars and could not afford the cool 60's cars!
