Noah, Didn't have time to read all the posts on this thread, but a very good idea is to post a help wanted add on one of the college bulletin boards and say EXACTLY what you want (even if its an attractive female that you want) and you will have more e-mails than you know what to do with. I did this last year at FIT and ended up interviewing a whole string of hotties. David
