    Spike,

Can you resend me the email or let me know your number and I will call you.

Not 100% sure what’s happening as I only had one email form Bruce in the last 2 weeks (sent 5th May) and can not find any unprocessed emails from 6-8 weeks ago. The only thing that I have not looked at is that our ISP has recently started an automated spam filter - I can only think that the settings may be a bit over zealous!

    Anyone else had problems?

I received my shift gate lock and chrome saver last week, just 5 days (regular mail)after I submitted my on-line order. I have to say that they did not send an e-mail to confirm they had received my order, and my e-mail to them to ask them whether the items had been shipped was left unanswered. However, they do answer phone calls.
And I have to say that the quality of the goods is terrific!

FWIW: I obviously order a LOT of stuff from Hill Engineering, and I've *never* had a problem reaching Paul or the staff at HE. They ship extremely fast, and the goods (as everyone knows) are the highest quality.

Now, if only we could do something about the GBP-USD exchange rate...
