Upcoming car show in Buford

Sounds like fun. I may just have to give it a shot.

 

Anyone going to this show? I may go since its just down the road from me.
Looks like Sat. will be the day to go since my car is a 94.

please respond so we can see how many ferraris might be there.

 

I just signed up for Saturday.

If I were not comitted to the Eurofest event I would drive over for sure.

Well I guess I wont be there...wife had other plans We're now going up to the Tennessee aquarium for the night. Woohoo.

 

Actually the Tennessee Aquarium is AMAZING! You will love it. Nice little drive too.

A friend of mine thinks that Buford is a dangerous place to bring a Ferrari, but he is probably exaggerating.

Still, what IS the safest route from I-985 to the show?

 

985 N exit 4 turn left on hwy 20 towards cumming go to hwy 13 turn right

Jim if you want Vince & me are meeting at 11:00 am @ Hobby Lobby & following each other over.
After you turn left on 20 Hobby Lobby is about 3\4 to1 mile on right. I think it's just past the 3rd light next to Burger King. It used to be a old Walmart store. Buford or driving in Buford is NOT dangerous!!!!

 

I'm getting a bit leery of the weather forecast; I had said that if the rain chance goes up to 40% I'll opt not to come, and one service already has the chance up to 40%. As the Weather Channel is sticking to 30% for now I'd still come, but I'll re-evaluate my decision in the morning. Again, it's not rain that I worry about, it's hail.

Thanks for the offer, but if I come I plan to be there at 10 AM, so I guess I'll see you guys when you arrive. Are you guys planning to go on to Giovanni's after the show?

I'm leaving in about 10 minutes. The southern edge of rain is sliding due east along the Bartow/Cobb border so it may just clip Buford, but any "heavier" weather will be to the north. Like I said, a little rain won't be a problem for me.
