B&B exhaust just ordered

Just ordered a B&B exhaust for my Boxster. Hopefully it will sound really good on. I asked the dealer about an air intake upgrade and said they woudn't do it because it might cause a "check engine" light to come on. Anyone have that light come on after installing a high performance air intake in their car? I might do this upgrade later as someone here mentioned it was a nice addition to their Boxster, will have to take it to a side shop though. Anyone have or heard any expiriences with a B&B exhaust system on their Porsche or other make?
